"My career and life are dedicated to the empowerment of individuals through a self discovery of one's own tremendous strengths."
Noga Sachs:
The journey that brought me to health and life coaching is not only an academic one. When I asked myself "what should I say about myself to explain my passion for coaching?" the answer was "everything," so here goes!
I was born and raised in St. Louis, MO to an Israeli family. My surroundings were varied and rich in many cultures and ways of thinking. I am said to have been found discussing the topic of god with college students at the age of 3! Then again, my mother has a tendency to over exaggerate. With a great feeling of fortune, I was exposed to the brilliance of my entirely engineer family, and so, entered Boston University with the intention of studying computer or biochemical engineering.
My Bachelor's Degree was earned in Psychology and Statistics due to the compelling virtue of the human psyche in that questions that we pose to it's nature can never be answered definitively.
Excited by the application of psychology to health, my next brain adventures took me to Illinois where I earned a Master's Degree in Health & Wellness Science and Motivation, specializing in depression.
It was then that I realized that I do
not want to be a psychologist. I have far too much reverence for the capabilities of humans to
distract my highlighting their strengths with the analysis of their
obstacles.
My career and life are dedicated to the empowerment of individuals through a self discovery of one's own tremendous strengths. I have been coaching since it's inception in 2007 and have contributed to its formation. Through my 8 years of coaching and training I have had the immense pleasure of helping people emerge into themselves, into the people they wanted to be and always were.
